Did you know that any dealer with a CarGurus account – even a free one – can respond to user reviews on CarGurus? We think shopper reviews are a critical component of transparency, and we want any dealer with inventory on CarGurus to be able to manage their CarGurus reviews.

While we recommend responding to every review, your responses should be professional and helpful – never combative or defensive. What you write has the potential to live on the web forever.
