Expanded CarGurus Managed Text/Chat Feature with Facebook Messenger
The new Managed text/chat functionality now includes chat via Facebook Messenger, to help you:
- Boost lead conversion and lead value by ensuring shoppers on your VDP get their questions answered quickly and easily.
- Keep mobile shoppers engaged with extended 24/7 support and service
Automatically available to all dealers paying for Enhanced listings and above, with 24/7 Managed Text & Chat, with the exception of dealers in Quebec. Service provided by CarGurus leveraging the Facebook Messenger functionality.
